Akhil’s Next Film To Be Remake Of Hit Bollywood Film?

Akhil Akkineni failed to make an impact at the box office with his debut film ‘Akhil: The Power of Jua’. The star son gave a fine performance in the film, but due to its weak script and poor direction the film bombed at the box office. He is now very particular about his next film.

According to reports the actor along with his father Nagarjuna have planned that his next film will be the remake of hit Bollywood film ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. He was earlier being linked with Krish’s next project titled ‘Rayabhari’. However, things did not work out and Varun Tej was roped in to play the lead in the flick.

He was also linked with director Lawrence, who delivered super hit film ‘Mass’ with Nagarjuna. But now reports suggest that his second film will be the remake of Ayan Mukerji directorial. An official confirmation is awaited.
