Amitabh Bachchan’s Sends An Audio Message For RGV

Ram Gopal Varma is a splendid filmmaker. In a journey of over 27-years, he has seen many success and failures. An event was organized in honour of this 54-year-old artist, which was attended by the eminent personalities of the tinsel town. Titled as 'Shiva to Vangaveeti', the event was held on Tuesday, December 20.

Various renowned personalities, like Nagarjuna, Venkatesh and Sudhir Babu as well as directors, producers and technicians, were seen at 'Shiva to Vangaveeti'. Amitabh Bachchan, who has worked in multiple films with RGV, could not make it to the event. However, he shared his warm wishes and experiences of working with Varma via an audio message in which Big B said, “I have done the highest number of films with RGV and will do more in the future.”

Later on, Amitabh tweeted his apology over not attending the event. He wrote: “DAMN ..! Was flying to Hyderabad event organised by RGV.. tech snag in plane had to cancel .. Apologies .. but all good wishes.” RGV turned emotional at the event and went on to thank Nagarjuna for giving him the big break into the film industry. Further, Varma also divulged that Amitabh Bachchan was one of his biggest inspirations who motivated him to make movies.
