Another Milestone Crossed, 200 Crore in Just Five Days for Baahubali

Soon after crossing the milestone of 100 crore, Baahubali has now managed to make its way into the 200 crore club. The movie had made Rs. 162 crore within the first three days of its release and now in merely five days, the S. S. Rajamouli film collected Rs. 215 crore. It has certainly left behind many highly-grossed films in India by storming the box office. 

It is all a little hard to believe as regional films have a limited scope as compared to the Bollywood films which have a wider spectrum. Baahubali has moved past various Bollywood films and is all set to break the box office record set by Enthiran which had set South Indian industry’s previous benchmark. The Rajamouli directorial was released worldwide on July 10 this year.  

Being a historical epic, Baahubali stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty in lead roles. It was made in Tamil and Telugu at the very same time and has been dubbed in Hindi, Malayalam and French languages. Baahubali is in full swing to be called the latest flick with the highest box office numbers in its kitty.
