Anushka To Play A Housewife In Singham 3

Anushka is said to get back to the typical heroine mode, as she will done the role of a typical south Indian housewife in her next film, a trilogy to Singham. The actress played some unconventional roles this year in the blockbuster movie of the year Baahubali: The Beginning with other movies like Rudhramadevi and Size Zero. The Arundhati fame actress has appeared in the first two parts of the Singham series as well.

Sources have revealed some information on Sigham 3, “In the first part, Suriya and Anushka played couple in love and towards the end of the sequel, they got married. And in the third installment, she will play a typical South Indian housewife. The film will be set in a village. Anushka's character will be very realistic. She will be dressed in sync with rural sensibilities. So her wardrobe will be mostly sarees.”  

The Singham trilogy will also feature Indian film actress, Shruti Haasan.
