Anushka’s Bhagmati To Be A Thriller, Not Love Story

Portraying her character with enormous grace and emotions, actress Anushka Shetty is all ready to be seen in another era film. The Lingaa star will be playing Hindu wife of Quli Qutb Shah Bhagmati. Now, the news is that the film will hit floors in the third week of January, 2017.

The film is set in the era of 17^th century, where Rudhramadevi will be seen playing Bhagmati of Hyderabad. However, the Anushka has cleared earlier that it would not be a love story, rather a period thriller. This means the flick will not be a romantic portrayal of Bhagmathi and Quli Qutub Shah story, but will be a modern thriller with its traces back from past.  

This epic flick will be directed by Ashok G., in which fans will witness exceptional CG work. Currently, the Size Zero actress is busy with her prior commitments and will start the project only once wrapping them completely. Talented star was recently seen playing a cameo role in Oopiri along with Nagarjuna Akkineni and Karthi.
