    Magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ created records last year when it released in July. The epic-historical-fiction film became the third highest Indian grossing movie. The film got great response worldwide and received praises at various film festivals. After sweeping awards in many award functions the film has now won the most prominent film award.

    The S.S. Rajamouli directorial has bagged the Best Film award at the 63rd National Film Awards. This is the first time that a Telugu Film has won an award in the Best Film category. The Best Actor award went to Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan for ‘Piku’ and Kangna Ranaut bagged the Best Actress award for her role in ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’.

    The Best Film award has ignited the spark of curiosity and eagerness amongst the movie buffs for ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. The shoot of the sequel is progressing at a great pace and people have huge expectations from the film. The makers are planning to release the film on April 14, 2017.
