    Baahubali Writer K.V. Vijayendra Prasad To Pen For TV Show

    According to recent reports, acclaimed filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli’s father K.V. Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote story for his son’s directorial venture Baahubali: The Beginning, is writing for a TV show. Vijayendra has also contributed his writing flair for Bollywood blockbuster, Bajrangi Bhaijaan. At present, the writer is working for Baahubali: The Conclusion, which is the continuation of the first part of the epic historical fiction.

    Actress Karthika Nair, who appeared in Telugu action masala Dammu, will be seen essaying one of the lead roles alongside Rajneesh Duggal in the show. The actress shot to fame with Rangam, the Telugu version of Tamil political thriller Ko, which became a blockbuster. Her last Telugu movie Brother Of Bommali was a flop.

    The show will be helmed by Bollywood director Goldie Behl. The filmmaker will shoot a pilot for the television show soon. The show will be telecasted on the popular channel Star Plus.
