Balakrishna’s Jai Simha Tops Box Office Collections

It seems Balakrishna’s fans have shown that he is one of the top heroes in Tollywood. His latest release Jai Simha is one of the four major films, which has released this year. Other films like Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi and Suriya ’s dubbed film were also released during Sankranthi. But out of all these films, Balakrishna’s Jai Simha has topped the box office collections.

Moreover, speaking about his film Jai Simha, producer C. Kalyan said, “It’s a sensational hit and I never expected this kind of success. It will now easily join the Rs 50 crore club by the end of the coming week”. While Pawan Kalyan’s film Agnyaathavaasi got grand day opening, it couldn’t keep up the pace from the second day onwards, leading to the box office debacle.

Meanwhile, Balakrishna’s film pulled in more revenue than the Pawan Kalyan-starrer. The film collected approximately Rs 21 crore in the first four days throughout the world. Speculations are rife that the number would go higher as Tuesday was a holiday in both the Telugu states.
