Brahmanandam on his way to Bollywood

Southern star Brahmanandam is going to do a Hindi film after a gap of 14 long years. He last played the character of a doctor in Sooryavansham (1999) and now will be seen in Welcome Back. Director Anees Bazmee has reportedly approached the actor, offering him a special role in the movie.

Brahmanandam confirmed, “A couple of days ago, Anees Bazmee called me expressing his wish to cast me in his next project. He created a very special character for me and I loved the narration and gave my nod. It's going to be a laugh riot all the way.” The actor has also stated that he hasn’t yet signed the film and if he does, shooting will start from December 15.
