'Brahmotsavam' Shoot Starts Today

The shoot of 'Brahmotsavam' starring Mahesh Babu, will start from today. The film will be helmed by Srikanth Addala, who was praised for his debut directorial venture ‘Kotha Bangaru Lokam’. The shoot was planned to start in June, but the lead actor was busy promoting ‘Srimanthudu’ at that time.

The director prefers making movies which affect and influence the mindsets of the middle class. According to the sources, the story of the flick revolves around Mahesh Babu’s family,which includes his three aunts and their daughters. It begins in Vijayawada and later reaches Tirupati and ends there.

The movie will feature Samantha, Kajal Aggarwal and Pranitha Subash in lead roles and will be produced by PVP Cinema. The director will be collaborating with the Aagadu actor for the second time. They have previously worked together in ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’, which performed brilliantly at the box office. It will be interesting to see whether the duo is able to repeat the success of their last venture.
