Chiranjeevi unveils poster, teaser of ‘Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu’

The Megastar Chiranjeevi will soon host the super hit Television show ‘Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu’. This quiz show will be Chiranjeevi’s first small screen work. This popular Telugu TV show is an adaptation of globally acclaimed TV show ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’. Chiru will host the fourth season of this quiz show which previously was hosted by his dear friend Nagarjuna.

MAA TV on September 29 took to Twitter to share the first look picture and a 20-second teaser on YouTube. “Here is the sneak peak of the Mega Surprise … Stay tuned for more #MEKwithMegastar,” the channel posted with the video link. The popular game show ‘Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu’ (MEK) is starting from December 12, 2016. The show will be telecasted on MAA TV from Monday to Thursday between 8.30 to 9.30 pm. While MEK was a great hit for Nagarjuna, it would be a challenge for Chiru to recreate that magic.

This show has been adapted in Hindi as ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ with Amitabh Bachchan as the host. Currently, Chiranjeevi is wrapping up his 150th flick, ‘Khaidi No. 150’. He is taking out time from the schedules of his forthcoming film to shoot for this impending show. It will be interesting to watch Chiru as a host of a quiz show.
