Speaking at the launch of a bookChidambaram: Oru Paarvai, which is a compilation of speeches by various personalities on Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram, Rajini said Chidambaram had been asking him to join politics and he always responded, saying, "When I decide to do, it will be in my own unique way." However, on his birthday on December 12, the superstar had made it clear that he has no plans to float a party or enter politics for a long long time.
