‘Courier Boy Kalyan’ Similar To ‘Premium Rush’?

A new trend of copying Hollywood films has started. The filmmakers here are now more interested in copying movies rather than making their own. The upcoming movie titled ‘Courier Boy Kalyan’ starring Nitin and Yami Gautam is also said to be inspired from a Hollywood film. 

The trailer of this upcoming movie is quite similar to the 2012 Hollywood thriller ‘Premium Rush’. However, the director of the movie denied this straightaway and said that he wrote the script and registered it in 2011 itself. ‘Courier Boy Kalyan’ is a romantic action film, made under the direction of Premsai. 

The film is produced by Gautham Menon under the banners Photon Kathaas and Gurufilms. Karthik has given the music for this film. The movie is also being simultaneously shot in Tamil as ‘Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum’ with Jai in the lead role. The movie is slated to be released on Sept. 17.
