Deepika Padukone To Play Sridevi In NTR’s Biopic?

A biopic on former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP founder NT Rama Rao is the talk of the town these days. The movie is one of the most anticipated movies of Tollywood because of its star cast. The biopic will have Vidya Balan for Basavatarakam’s role and Paresh Rawal for Nadendla Bhaskara Rao’s role.

Now, if reports are to be believed, makers of the film have also planned to bring on board one more actress for the film and she is none other than Deepika Padukone . Reports are rife that the makers want Deepika for the role of Sridevi in the film. Reportedly, the late veteran actress has a cameo in the biopic which will be played by Miss Padukone.

Sridevi’s part in the biopic is compulsory as NTR and Sridevi’s combination was a big hit the audience loved them. The role is not big and is a short one which would suit Deepika. On a related note, the film was launched last week by respected Vice President Venkaiah Naidu. The flick is being helmed by Teja.
