Filmmaker Ramanaidu unwell

Ace filmmaker Ramanaidu has not been keeping well, as per the reports. "Ramanaidugaru was diagnosed with prostate cancer more than 13 years ago for which he underwent treatment. The disease has relapsed," a source close to the family reveals.

"Ramanaidugaru is being treated with an integrative medicine approach which combines alternative therapeutic approaches with evidence-based medicine. Ramanaidugaru has a strong will power and is determined to fight back. His approach towards the treatment has been positive and he has started showing encouraging signs," adds the source.

An insider further informs, "Rajasekhar was approached a couple of months back. He has been overseeing the producer's therapy and has been working on symptomatic treatment. The results are encouraging."

Incidentally, Ramanaidu is still intensely involved in cinema. "Dad is feeling better and his heart is still in cinema. He keeps talking to Suresh everyday about how to develop our studio in Vizag," shared Venkatesh.
