Tamil actor Suriya ’s recent release Gang is doing quite well at the box office. The film, which saw a mere box office collection on the first day of its release had picked up the pace in pulling in some good amount from the second day. It shows that the actor has huge fan followers even in the Telugu speaking states.

Moreover, the actor was in Hyderabad on Saturday and is now going on a road trip for the promotion of his film. He said, “For the first time, I’m not celebrating Sankranti with my family as I decided to do it with my well-wishers”. He further added that he is going on this road trip to meet all those who encouraged his film Gang.

Talking about the film, he also revealed that he is happy that his film is doing well at the box office. He said, “This film is very important to my career as it has shifted and changed my image once again. I owe a lot to my fans for accepting it and thank director Vignesh for offering this role to me and making a good family entertainer”.
