Geetha Madhuri To Make Her Acting Debut?

Award winning playback singer Geetha Madhuri shot to fame with the song ‘Chamka Chamka’ in Chirutha movie. The expressive artiste is quite famous on the small screen. If recent media reports are to be relied upon, Geetha will soon make her debut as an actress.

According to sources, Geetha may either be seen essaying a supporting actress' role or she might grab a female lead's role in near future. However, nothing has been confirmed as yet and an official announcement on the same is still awaited. The talented and versatile singer has won the Nandi Award as the best female playback singer for the song ‘Ninne Ninne’ from the movie ‘Nachavule’.

Geetha has recorded over 350 songs for several films and albums. She has also participated in an MAA TV singing talent show called ‘Super Singer’. She has worked under the supervision of prominent music directors such as Ilayaraja, Raj, Vandematharam Srinivas, Mani Sharma, Ram, Sai karthik, Shekhar Chandra, S.S. Thaman etc.
