Isha Koppikar To Play Police Officer In A Telugu Film

Isha Koppikar is a Bollywood actress who has appeared in multiple south films as well. Reportedly, the actress who is best known for her flicks like ‘36 China Town’, ‘Pinjar’, ‘Krishna Cottage’ and more, is likely to be seen in the role of a police officer in an upcoming Tollywood film. This project hasn’t been titled yet.

A source from the film’s unit told IANS, “She was officially finalised on Saturday. It’s her return to Telugu cinema after a decade, and she will be seen in the role of a fierce cop. The role will see her demonstrate her Hapkido skills.” The film will also feature Nikhil Siddhartha and Ritu Varma.

“She’s the vice president of the Hapkido Federation of India. In the film, she will be seen performing stunts, and she's planning to bring professionals from China and Japan to choreograph the action involving Hapkido,” another source revealed. Hapkido is actually a form of self-defence and is a highly assorted style of Korean martial arts.

Desimartini wishes the 39-year-old actress, Isha Koppikar, for her comeback in the Telugu film industry.
