Kabir Duhan Singh To Play Exorcist

Kabir Duhan Singh is going to surprise the audience with his new avatar in his upcoming film. The actor, who played the role of a baddie in his previous films, is all set to portray the character of an exorcist in his forthcoming film. The film titled Nine, which is a horror-thriller has been directed by debutant Aswani Kumar.

Kabir said, “It’s a riveting plotline and I thought the role came like a breath of fresh air. Since it is a new genre for me, and because my character was given a different spin, I felt like being a part of the film. I want to dabble with other film genres so that I’d get interesting roles to experiment with. I play an exorcist here and I’d be visiting a house to cast out the devil or other demons in the house. It’s a very gripping story”.

Interestingly, on the work front, this will mark Kabir’s first Telugu dubbing role. As revealed by the actor, it was the director’s idea that Kabir should do the dubbing in Telugu as the director felt Kabir has a good voice.  Kabir said, “When he asked me to dub for my lines I was more than happy. It gave me the confidence to try the same thing for my forthcoming films too”.
