Kamal Haasan to cast Sridevi in his new project

Kamal Haasan, who has been in the controversies over his filmVishwaroopam, is now planning to pen down a new film for his co-star, Sridevi. The film will have both Kamal and Sridevi. The duo has worked together in 1983 in the filmSadma.

The source said that Kamal is writing a film script after 30 years. The source added saying, "Filmmakers along the years have wanted to cast them together. Unfortunately, it never worked out. After Sridevi made her comeback, Kamal has now taken things into his own hands".

Haasan has confirmed the news of working with the actress. He commented, "I'm writing a script for her, so that both of us can act in the film." And incidentally, Sridevi already knows of Kamal Haasan's plans. A friend of the actress said, "She knows about this script. In fact when Kamal was in Mumbai recently, he had informed Sridevi about it. The actress is looking forward to the film".
