Kamal Haasan’s ‘Sabaash Naidu’ To Resume Shoot

Kamal Hassan starrer ‘Sabaash Naidu’ has been at a halt from over past six months. Merrily, the flick will finally resume its shoot soon. As per the recent reports, the upcoming Indian spy comedy-adventure film will recommence the filming from later this month.

A source from the film’s unit told IANS, “From the third week of January, he plans to resume shooting. He has just returned from London where he had undergone medical checkup with an orthopedic. He’s fit to start shooting, and the next schedule will take place in Hyderabad.” Last year, in July, Kamal had suffered a leg fracture due to which ‘Sabaash Naidu’ was shelved. Reports suggested that he slipped and fell from the stairs of his office in Chennai.

In the forthcoming entertainer, Kamal will reprise the role of Balram Naidu, a RAW Officer. Amusingly, the film will star his daughter Shruti Haasan and actress Ramya Krishnan in major roles. ‘Sabaash Naidu’ is a trilingual to be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
