KTR Lauds Varun Tej-Pragya Jaiswal’s 'Kanche'

Starring Varun Tej, Pragya Jaiswal and Nikitin Dheer in the lead roles, Kanche (2015) was lavished with praises from critics as well as movie buffs. Recently, Telangana IT minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, popularly known as KTR, took to Twitter to heap compliments on the movie, which was helmed by the highly talented director Krish. KTR tweeted, “Just watched Kanche; Quality of production, cinematography & performances by @IAmVarunTej @itsmepragya direction by @DirKrish Excellent?”.

Responding to the acknowledgement, Varun also took to the micro blogging site to thank KTR. The movie was co-jointly produced by Y. Rajeev Reddy and J. Sai Babu. The flick also earned the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu at the 63rd National Film Awards ceremony.

KTR spent a day off watching the super hit flick with family when it was aired on MAA TV. Earlier, KTR has lauded films like S.S. Rajamouli’s 'Baahubali: The Beginning' and Koratala Siva’s 'Srimanthudu'. Undoubtedly, the busy minister always finds time to watch good movies and heap praises on them.
