Legal Action Likely Against Srinu Vaitla?

It seems like things are going downhill for director Srinu Vaitla since the past few days. Reportedly, producers, unhappy with the reception of Vaitla’s latest movie Mister, have approached the producer’s council complaining against him. The two producers were Tagore Madhu and Nallamalupu Bujji.

Mister, which stared Varun Tej, Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel was reportedly a disappointment at the box office. According to sources, the producers had to incur huge losses because of the poor reception of the movie. As compensation, the producers asked Vaitla to either return a part of the amount he had taken as remuneration for the film or work on another film without pay. The director’s denial to do so reportedly pushed the producers to take an action.

The producers are now contemplating on taking legal action against the director.  Addition of last-minute songs, which led to extension of the budget has been cited as the reason for taking the action, sources confirmed. If there is no proper response from Vaitla, legal action will be taken, the source added.

The director, who has given the industry many blockbusters in the past, doesn’t seem to have luck on his side these days. He recently had to vacate his brand new house, as post shifting to the house, he had witnessed many flops. Well, we hope that the bad time soon passes away for Vaitla!
