Mahesh Babu And A. R. Murugadoss's Film Gets Its Heroine

A. R. Murugadoss’s ucoming project went on floors yesterday with formal prayers and celebrations that took place in Hyderabad. Many names were perceived for the female lead of this upcoming flick. Famous actresses such as Parineeti Chopra, Keerthy Suresh, Shraddha Kapoor, Pragya Jaiswal and more, were considered for the film.

As per the latest report, Jahnavi Kapoor, Sridevi’s elder daughter, was approached to be casted as the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu. However, it is learned that the 52-year-old mother denied the offer. The reason presented by Sridevi was that her daughter is yet not ready to enter the industry.

Earlier also, Sridevi has rejected few offers. Seemingly, she wants Jahnavi to debut in a Bollywood flick. Currently, Jahnavi is in Los Angeles, undergoing dance training and developing other skills that are required to be a good actress. Finally, Rakul Preet Singh has been finalised as the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu in this yet-to-be titled flick.
