Mahesh Babu Turns Chief Minister?

Mahesh Babu is currently working with director Koratala Siva in his next. After donning khadi in his previous film like ‘Dookudu’, the 41-year-old actor will now be seen sporting a politician. Reports are rife that he will be seen playing Chief Minister in Koratala Siva’s next, ‘Bharath Ane Nenu’, which is touted to be a political thriller punctuated with Mahesh’s style humour.

A source divulged, “He will be playing a politician-on-the-make, and proceed to the highest rank in the State cabinet, script-wise. The actor’s character is linked to the suspense element of the story. This is the second time Mahesh will be seen donning khadi, but the film would come across as an entertainer for the audience.”

Further, the source added, “While he was simple and uber cool in ‘Brahmotsavam’, he will look the other extreme in Koratala Siva’s directorial.” After the power pack performance of Mahesh in his previous films, it is foreseeable that this film will also be a milestone.
