Mahesh Babu’s ‘Brahmotsavam’ Might Be Pushed Back

Mahesh Babu resumed the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Brahmotsavam’ in mid-January. The actor went for a vacation in Dubai and Switzerland with his family around New Year. Looks like the release of his film might get affected because of his vacation.

According to reports, the Srikanth Addala directorial may not hit the theatre screens on the scheduled date. Sources close to the film’s unit reveal that the release date of the family-drama might be postponed because of the short break that the Srimanthudu actor took around New Year. Currently, the film is slated for an April 29 release, however, chances are that it may be postponed to May.

Reports suggest that lot of portion of the film is yet to be canned. The team is busy shooting for the film and will be looking to wrap up the film as quickly as possible. Soon an official release date will be announced by the makers. The film has been produced jointly by the lead actor and Prasad V Potluri. It features Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kajal Aggarwal and Pranitha Subhash as female leads and has music by Mickey J Meyer.
