Makers Still Searching For Leading Lady Of Balakrishna’s ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’

The team of Balakrishna’s 100th film ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ is gearing up to start the shoot of the film. The film will go on floors on May 9 and the team is making all the necessary arrangements to commence the shoot in Morocco. Almost everything has been finalized for the film except the female lead.

The hunt for the leading lady for the historical based flick is still on. Rumours were doing the rounds that the makers were in talks with Nayantara, but the actress dismissed the rumours and said that she has not been approached for the film. Later, director Krish approached Kajal Agarwal for the film, but the actress turned down the offer and Ileana D'Cruz also refused to star in the film.

The makers are now in a tight spot as they can’t find any actress who is willing to star opposite the Dictator actor. Hopefully, their search for the leading lady will soon end. The film will be bankrolled under First Frame Entertainment and will release early next year.
