Mammootty will play cop once again in V M Vinu's Face2Face

South superstar Mammootty will once again play a cop in V M Vinu's next suspense filmFace2Face, sources said. Earlier, he played a police inspector in Jayaraj’s thriller,The Train. The director confirmed the news, saying, “Mammootty plays Balachandran, a dedicated officer who fights against corruption. However, his sincerity often lands him in trouble". Vinu added, “The story has a twist as it shows the superstar as someone who has fought and failed. Ultimately, he gets involved in a murder".

Vinu said thatFace2Faceis an investigative thriller which throws light on problems confronted by the youth due to lack of parental guidance. This will be the fourth movie of the actor-director together and Kannada actress Ragini Dwivedi will play the role of Mammootty's wife.
