Mani Ratnam, A.R. Rahman involved in brainstorming session on Kadal

Noted filmmaker Mani Ratnam has again paired with his favourite music composer A.R. Rahman for his next film Kadal and both the creative geniuses are presently engaged in a brainstorming session in Thoothukudi district of Tamil Nadu, according to reports.It is also reported that the shooting of the film, starring Gautham and Samantha in the lead roles, has already begun and maestro Rahman has also started the composition of the songs. The Oscar winning musician wrote on his Facebook account, Brainstorming with Mani Ratnam in the middle of the sea, down in the south of India". It is rumoured that the film is an intense love story like the romantic relationship between Romeo and Juliet.
