Mannara Chopra Replaces Amrita Das Gupta In Sai Dharam Tej’s ‘Thikka’

After delivering comedy caper ‘Subramanyam for Sale’, Sai Dharam Tej is simultaneously shooting for two films. The Rey actor is busy shooting for Anil Ravipudi’s ‘Supreme’ and Sunil Reddy’s ‘Thikka-Handle With Care’. Director Sunil Reddy has replaced the lead actress of ‘Thikka’ with Bollwyood starlet.

According to reports, Mannara Chopra, who made her entry into Bollywood with ‘Zid’, has been roped in by the director to play the female lead in the flick. The actress has replaced Amrita Das Gupta for the reasons best known to the makers. Brazilian model Larissa Bonesi is playing the other female lead in the flick.

Reportedly, Mannara is currently shooting for Sunil starrer ‘Jakkanna’. Before completing her first Telugu project, the 24 year-old has another major project in her kitty. The shooting of her film with Sai Dharam Tej is progressing at a brisk pace. The film is likely to hit the screens early next year.
