Nayantara says no to Rohit Shetty?

While other South actresses don’t think twice before taking up a Bollywood project, multilingual actress Nayantara has reportedly rejected an offer to do a special item number in a big budget Hindi film. According to sources, director Rohit Shetty has approached the South beauty to do an item number inChennai Expresswhich stars Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone but Nayan has refused.

While it is still unclear why she didn’t do the song, it is being rumoured that she doesn’t want to debut in the Hindi film industry as an item girl.
