Neil Nitin Mukesh to Star in Prabhas’ Upcoming Telugu Film

Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has been roped in to play a lead role in Prabhas’ next Telugu production. It is not the first time that the actor would be doing a movie in the south Indian film industry. He was praised for his performance in his Tamil debut ‘Kaththi’, which released last year.

Sujeeth, who has directed a Telugu hit flick ‘Run Raja Run’, will be directing the movie. The stylish B-town actor has been approached to play villain opposite the Baahubali actor. The flick will be produced under the banner of UV Creations. The shoot of the project was supposed to go on floors in July, but got delayed.

According to a report in Hindustan Times, Neil said, "Tamil cinema is no more considered regional, and I'm open to exploring more options, provided the script is impressive. For me, quality is more vital than quantity. I don't think language is a barrier anymore. I learnt Tamil for Kaththi, and my role was received well. I also believe that to grow as an actor, you need to keep experimenting”.
