Newbie Kanika Kapur excited about her Tollywood debut

After Rakul Preet Singh and Kriti Sanon, Delhi-based actress Kanika Kapur is all set to enter the T-town. Newbie Kanika Kapur has apparently been roped in to play one of the lead roles for Jagadeesh Daneti's Tippu, which also stars Karthik and Samskruthy Shenoy. The actress reveals that she is very excited about her Tollywood debut which is touted to be an action entertainer.

Talking about a shooting schedule in Thailand, Kanika says, "In my entire life, I have never worked as hard as I did during the one-week long shoot we had in Thailand. Every day I would wake up at 4 am and be ready to leave the hotel in a couple of hours. After shooting for nearly 12 hours, I used to get so drained out that all I wanted to do was crash on my bed; however, I had to attend the dance rehearsals for another three hours. It was physically and mentally challenging, but having done all that, I kind of feel proud of myself. Acting in this Telugu film has been a life changing experience."

The pretty actress adds with a laugh, "The dance choreography in South Indian films is very different than what I am used to. On top of that, there was a dance sequence where both Karthik and I had to dance on a yatch. I had my heels on and I kept sliding and tripping every now and then."
