Nikesha Patel To Play Real Police Officer

Once again, actress Nikesha Patel will be putting on the cop uniform for her upcoming film Jagadamba. The actress made her debut with the 2010 fil Puli where she played a fake or con cop. This time around, the actress will be a real police officer.

Nikesha stated, “Although in Puli I donned the khaki I was a con. But interestingly, since then I have been offered several cop roles but nothing excited me till this role came my way”. The shooting for the film will commence in the first week of January.

The actress has not been very active in the industry. The actress revealed, “I am not sure I can call it a comeback. There's Leela coming up and it's not like I ever technically left or took a break from Tollywood”. She was seen in Om 3D and will soon be seen in the film Leela. The movie is a Telugu-Kannada-Tamil trilingual.
