If reports are to be believed, all the hardwork that the actor is doing is for Jai Lava Kusha movie. This proves how dedicated the actor is towards his work and wants to look perfect for the role. Grapevine suggested that the actor is playing three roles for the movie with three shades, hero, comedian and villain.
