Pawan Kalyan in the list of Swachh Bharat nominees

-- Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Nithiin and Amala Akkineni have been nominated as brand ambassadors for the Swachh Bharat drive. Singer S.P. Balasubramaniam and popular lyricist Suddala Ashok Teja were other renowned names from the industry who were in the list along with few others.

According to the latest reports, 18 Telugu personalities from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have been nominated by the central government, which also includes former cricketers Shivlal Yadav and VVS Laxman with chess champion Koneru Humpy.

Union Urban Development Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu announced representatives from all sectors including trade and industry, sports, film industry have been included in the list. He further said that the list has been made in order to create awareness.
