Pooja Hegde Look Is Traditional In Saakshyam

After her stint in Allu Arjun -starrer Duvvada Jagannadham, Pooja Hegde has garnered a lot of attention in Tollywood. The actress is all set to be seen in her upcoming film Saakshyam, where she steps into a more traditional role. The film is being directed by Sriwass, who had earlier helmed the film Dictator.

Talking about her role in the film, Pooja said, “I play an extremely traditional Telugu girl in Saakshyam. It’s a character which has many layers to it and one that I thoroughly enjoyed essaying. I don’t like to be one-dimensional as an actor and do not want to get typecast”. Moreover, the film features Bellamkonda Sreenivas as the male protagonist.

Pooja further revealed that she is looking forward to the film’s release to see the reaction of audiences. She also expressed that she has always tried to bring something new and different with every character she plays onscreen. On the work front, Pooja will be seen in a film with Mahesh Babu , which will be directed by Vamsi Paidipally.
