Prakash Raj Talks About Working With Dasaradh In ‘Shourya’

Manchu Manoj is basking in the success of his recent release ‘Shourya’. The romantic thriller is getting great reviews from the critics and the audiences are also lauding the film. The team of the film recently organised a success meet.

The meet was also attended by Prakash Raj, one of the major reasons of the film’s success. The actor talked about his experience of working in the flick. He said, “When Shiva came to me, he said, 'This is our story. Ours is a small-budgeted film.  But you are an expensive actor'.  To this, I said, 'We grow because of cinema.  When someone is making experimental cinema, even big actors should come down and do such cinema.  The reviews have been saying that I have done a very good role.  It's all because of the way my character was etched".

Reports suggest that when director K. Dasaradh wrote the story, he did not have a big actor like Prakash Raj in his mind. He wanted to rope in a small but powerful actor. However, with the support of producer Malkapuram Siva Kumar, he managed to get in the actor for the role.
