Priyamani to appear in a cameo as a CBI officer in R.P. Patnaik's next

One of the A-listers down South, Priyamani, has been signed up by director R.P. Patnaik for his next Kannada project and the actress revealed that she has a guest appearance in the film. She will be seen as a CBI officer in this movie.

The actress said, "RP Patnaik is a dear friend, and when he asked me to be a part of the movie, I was only too happy. I play the role of a CBI officer,Gayatri, in the movie. It's something I've never done on screen and hope the audiences will appreciate my performance.” Priyamani was last seen in a Telugu film, Chandee, and she is presently working on several projects simultaneously including two Malayalam films titled Painting Life and The True Story and a Kannada film, Ambareesha. The actress is hopeful that she will soon sign a Telugu project too as she said, "I've heard a couple of interesting scripts, but I've been very busy off late, with my commitments in Kannada and Malayalam films. I'm yet to decide which one to pick.”
