Public goes outrageous over Paradesi reality teaser

The much-awaitedParadesiteaser has been finally released but in a different and violent tone.The 40 second teaser is based on reality which gives an impression that director Bala is shouting and thrashing his actors to perform properly or it could well be him indicating how the scene needs to performed. It has created a clamour on social networking sites.

The entire Bala fan-club and the film fraternity are shocked after seeing the teaser and have taken to social media to express their discontent. The ‘reality’ video has been strongly criticized by fans and celebrities. Udhayanidhi Stalin tweeted, "I decided not to watch the reality movie! I should be building temples for M. Rajesh sir & SR Prabhakaran sir!"Paradesiheroine Vedhika came in defence of Bala through her Twitter account, "Tweeple it's just the making video where Bala sir is enacting the shot, very evident from the video."

Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadidirector Balaji Mohan tweeted "#Paradesi'reality' teaser sets a bad example to young future filmmakers who consider Bala sir as an idol. This isnt the way to make films." Director Arivazhagan also spoke out, "#Reality teaser - in cinema , If there is a right for animal welfare then what about human rights? This is not reality. It might be d way to direct, but not the way to do as business." The story of the film is inspired from the novelRed Tea, written by Paul Harris Daniel, highlighting real life incidents that took place before independence in the 1930s.
