Actor Siddharth was one of the celebrities who were worst affected by the Chennai floods. The Enakkul Oruvan actor lost his house during the calamity but was dedicated in helping others in need. His efforts during the relief program have been admired by many, and now director Rajamouli has praised him for the same.

Through a Twitter post, Rajamouli stated, “Really admired what siddhardh has done during the recent rains tragedy in Chennai. Heard from multiple sources how he put his own health at risk in helping his fellow citizens. Hats off Siddhu. May this venture bring you many many accolades that you deserve. All the best”.

The actor formed a team with Vishnu Vishal, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Karthi, Khushbu Sundar and Vishal Krishna Reddy to collect food packets, blankets and other relief material for the people who suffered heavy losses. Siddharth proved to be a real hero for the people of Chennai. Because of this selfless and courageous act, the actor was praised by all. He surely deserves it.
