‘Baahubali’ bagged the Best Film award at the 63rd National Film Awards last month. The National Awards presentation ceremony was held yesterday and director S.S. Rajamouli was present there to receive the award. He was joined by producers Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni at the ceremony.

After receiving the award Rajamouli interacted with the media. He chose not to speak much about his future projects and said that he is entirely focused on the sequel of ‘Baahubali’ as of now. The director also made it clear that he has no plans of entering Hollywood or making English films.

He said that he would prefer telling more Indianized stories. Rajamouli said, "The stories of Indian history and the country's rich culture inspired me a lot. Back then, I didn't know that I'd be a filmmaker, when I listened to these stories. But yes, they stayed with me for long". Hopefully, we will get to see many more epic historical films in the future from the director.
