Rakul Preet Singh Increases Her Pay

Nannaku Prematho actress Rakul Preet Singh has hiked her pay, now that the film has been doing well at the box office. It has been reported that the actress has charged Rs 1.50 crore for her role in Boyapati Srinu’s new film. Rakul will share screen space with Bellamkonda Srinivas in the project.

Rakul’s new project will be an action entertainer. The shooting for the film will begin from April. She will soon be seen opposite Allu Arjun in Sarainodu which has also been directed by Boyapati. For the yet untitled project, Srinivas is working out dedicatedly to get the chiselled look required for the part.

Nannaku Prematho has Rakul play the love interest of NTR Jr. The movie was released on January 13 and pooled in more than Rs. 30 crore worldwide in the first three days. At the U.S. box office, the movie has passed the $1 million mark.
