Ram Charan In Sequel Of ‘Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari’?

‘Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari’ was a supernatural-fantasy film, directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. It starred the megastar, Chiranjeevi, and the everlasting beauty, Sridevi.  As per the latest reports, the mega producer, Ashwini Dutt, is longing to make a sequel of this film. In fact, it is discovered that he has registered the title ‘Jagadeka Veerudu’ with film chamber to make sequel to the yesteryear blockbuster.

According to the sources, it is learnt that Dutt is keen to make this sequel with Ram Charan, son of the Megastar. The pre-production works of the film have already commenced. Allegedly, Ashwini Dutt's daughters Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt, who produced several medium budget films in recent times, are supervising the pre-production works of ‘Jagadeka Veerudu’.

Further details regarding this ambitious sequel will be unveiled once the script gets finalized. The chart topping soundtrack of ‘Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari’ was composed by Ilaiyaraaja. This film was a chartbuster of its time. It released on May 9, 1990. This film in fact had the veteran actor Late Amrish Puri in main role.
