The way Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh worked for their recent release ‘Bruce Lee’, everybody was expecting the film to be a mega entertainer. Moreover, the cameo of Chiranjeevi excited his fans and was a plus factor for the movie. But the film has not performed according to the people’s expectations.

According to the reports, the Sreenu Vaitla has received a lot of criticism from the film critics. Moreover, the team’s effort of releasing the film in U.S. on a grand scale went in vain as the film managed to collect $700,000 in the first five days. It will be tough for the flick to reach the $1 million mark there.

However the film is performing averagely at the box office in India and the festive weekend may prove to be a relief for the makers. It managed to collect Rs. 24.41 Cr in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana after five days. The producer of the film D.V.V Danayya is quite happy with its performance. He said, “It's true that the film garnered mixed response from the critics but in terms of revenue, it has been phenomenal run for us”.
