Last month, the team of Ram Charan’s next, tentatively titled as ‘Dhruva’, shifted to Bangkok without the lead actor as he was busy with sister Srija’s wedding. The Bruce Lee actor did not want the shoot of the film to suffer and asked the team to capture the scenes that did not involve him.   The unit canned some scenes featuring film’s antagonist Arvind Swamy and returned to Hyderabad.

Grapevine has it that the flick helmed by director Surender Reddy is likely to get postponed. Earlier schedule for an August 5 release, the film might be pushed back to October, reason being family priorities. Reportedly, he will take some more time to join the sets of the film.

The film is remake of hit Kollywood film ‘Kaththi’ and will feature Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. The venture is being bankrolled by Allu Aravind under Geetha Arts banner. It will also feature Nassar and will have music by Hiphop Tamizha.
