Rana Daggubati Hints Bhallaladeva May Not Have Wife In ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’

For the past few days, Bhallaladeva, the lead antagonist of ‘Baahubali’ has been in the limelight. Speculations were rife that either Shriya Saran or Lavanya Tripathi will be seen playing Bhallaladeva’s wife in the sequel. However, both the actresses clarified that they haven’t been approached for the role but would love to be part of the film.

Rana Daggubati, who plays the role of Bhallaladeva, hinted that his character may not have a wife in ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. He said, "No kidding! Bhallaladeva has time only to romance the throne. And moreover, if there is a new addition, it would be announced. What's there to hide?".

He also added that his role in the sequel will be more nefarious in the second instalment. He said, "You'll see me in an avatar which is meaner and villainous than in Bahubali — The Beginning. You have to watch it to understand what I mean". The shoot for the S.S. Rajamouli directorial is progressing at great pace and it will hit the screens on April 14, 2017.
