As revealed by latest updates, Baahubali star Rana Daggubati is all set to star in director Vamsi Krishna Akella’s next film. The film is based on the notorious thief from the ’70s namely Tiger Nageswara Rao. And it has been heard that the actor will step into the character of the ruthless thief in the film.

Makers of the film have been looking for a suitable actor for playing the role of the protagonist in the film. And it seems their wait is over as Rana Daggubati’s name has popped up in their mind for the same. According to Vamsi, Rana is the perfect match for the role and wants to cast the actor in his film.

Moreover, the director has already approached for the role, however, he has kept other options open as well, in case things doesn’t materialise. Meanwhile, the film will portray the optimistic side of the notorious Nageswara Rao. Notably, Vamsi’s earlier projects were also the same genre, relating to crime comedy.
