Rana Shoots Underwater Sequence For Ghazi

The upcoming film Ghazi will star Rana Daggubati in the lead role. The movie will tell the untold story about the Pakistani submarine PNS Ghazi that sank off the Vishakapatnam coast. The actor recently shot an underwater sequence for the film.

Rana did not require any training for the scene. He performed the sequence just like the director explained. The actor only rehearsed a couple of times before shooting the actual footage. The team has developed a special submarine set near Tank Bund.

Ghazi stars Taapsee opposite Rana. The actress was also present at the set and was shooting her scenes. Ghazi will be India’s first submarine based war drama. The movie is being directed by Sankalp. Prasad V Potluri is producing the project under the PVP Cinemas banner. Ghazi will be a trilingual in Telugu, Tamil and Hind. Rana is known for his roles in movies like Baahubali: The Beginning and Rudhramadevi.
