Rudhramadevi: First look unveiled

Anushka Shetty starrer Rudhramadevi’s first look has been revealed by the makers. The actress can be seen sitting crowned like a queen with a perfect stance in a still. A sword can also be seen in her left hand, pointed downwards. The film is touted to be the first ever stereoscopic 3D movie of the country. Anushka will be enacting the role of 13th century warrior princess from the Kakatiya Dynasty, Rani Rudrama Devi.

The flick is directed by Gunasekhar. The maker quoted, “A lot of painstaking research went into each and every element of her look starting from jewellery, textile, make up, the crown, the design of the sword etc. It's a result of years of background research and minute attention to detail. Carrying them off wasn't an easy job, but Anushka has been a through professional.” He has also informed that 50 percent of filming has been done and next schedule will begin from November 16 onwards.
